Positives: The hotel staff were really polite and understanding, and the rooms were also very clean. I had no issues with parking at all. I’m sure I’ll stay here again when I come to Toronto.

Negatives: When I wanted to spend some time in the lobby, I couldn’t find a place to get a coffee. And this made me a bit upset because I had to get in my car and go out to get coffee.
