They did not honor my reservation through Booking.com. They gave my reserved room to someone else. I had to stay somewhere else. They did pay for the other room, as well, along with transportation. I'll never book a room there again.

The phone didn’t work and a was very worried that I might miss my flight so I checked my phone every hour because I knew I couldn’t receive awake up !!! When I checked out, they said they would give me a $50 credit. That remains to be seen.

Proximity to the airport. The club lounge was excellent and the staff were very attentive

The check-in was awkward. They didn’t recognise that we’d paid in full on booking.com and charged me for the entire stay again. This was problematic and caused a great deal of stress in our continued holiday. We had to contact their customer services and have been assured this will go back on but will take 15-30 business days which then is still worrisome as we may incur further credit card charges

The restaurant staff was lovely.
Negatives:
Noise.
Around 6:30 am the staff started to clean the room next to ours. It was so noisy it woke me while I was wearing ear plugs.
I called down asking room service to stop.
They said they would notify them but it went on for 40 minutes more.
Later we mentioned it at check out nothing was resolved.
Since the purpose of our stay is to actually sleep that didn’t happen.
