Not sure why parking became 100% Valet, I’d rather park my own vehicle as I please so I can venture about the city without waiting for staff to get keys and bring my car around. Seems very invasive to not allow guests to keep their keys regardless of parking situations.

Obviously excellent location. The staff at the restaurant was friendly.
Negatives:
There was no coffee machine in my room and no coffee available at Starbucks until 7:00. Very disappointing as I tend to wake up early.
The pillows were way too thin and there was no variety in the pillows to suit different preferences. Did not sleep well.
We had three rooms for our family and you put us each on different floors, making it difficulty to get to each other’s rooms.
There was no concierge two of our three days and the folks at the desk often had no answers.

In order to use the swimming pool, I had to take the lift to the ground-floor lobby and then take another lift around the corner to access the pool located at the basement level. This two-step process was not very practical, so I ended up not using the pool, even though it looked inviting. The hotel is ideal for baseball supporters. Other than that, it's a big no.
Negatives:
I wanted to bring to your attention the issue with the receipts in the email I received from you. I paid for the room when I checked out of the hotel on Monday morning. However, I noticed we were billed twice for the three-night stay. Additionally, my husband's credit card details were taken during the check-in on Friday. I kindly request your assistance in rectifying this matter. I request an immediate refund of the total amount to my husband's credit card. Despite sending several emails, I have not received any response for almost a week. I hope this message will grab your attention.
