Positives:
We really loved how clean the building, hotel room, swimming pool and lounge area were. The location was in walking distance to the mall and many restaurants! Staff were super friendly, service was quick and all of our inquiries were answered. Will definitely stay here again.

Positives:
There was a nice tall man and a kind beautiful women behind the evening bar who made up for all the other disappointments.. Free parking, lobby decor is trendy and easy access/exit to the building.
Negatives:
The mangers approach to problem solving is definitely not about customer service. The lack of communication between the third party and the hotel is awful.
Then when I walk in my room the curtain is broken and the bathroom was unclean.
