I found a bug crawling In my bed …. While I was getting into bed … when I killed it and brought it to the front desk and ask for a refund for the room. I paid for cleanliness and being comfortable. I was grossed out, I hate insects and all night I kept imagining bugs in the bed. They didn’t even offer me any type of discount. If this was a high end hotel without a doubt they would have comped me the room in order for me to decide if I wanted to use the money and stay elsewhere. Instead bc I paid for it I was stuck there. Very bad customer service if you ask me. I have the full video of the insect alive crawling in my bed. Your lucky u didn’t upload it on the review section on google.

I loved loved loved our family suite looking like little two-bedroom apartment with living room, fully equipped kitchen and gas fireplace. Breakfast checked all the boxes to me (omelet, some meat options, cereal, yogurts, philadelphia cheese, pancakes, juices, coffee, muffins and more)

It was a little noisy since there was a construction site right next to the hotel but did not bother us too much

We asked for an early check in because we needed to get ready to go to a wedding and the room was not ready so we were quite rushed to leave because of this. We managed to still check in early, but nearly 1.5 hours after the time requested. I hope you can accommodate guests with very specific requests in the future if possible.

Very noisy în the room , all day long and during the night . It s an under construstion area . It s about 1 hour driving from the city center of Toronto. A modest breakfast.

Staff called me in the middle of the night (3am) to ask if I had water running. The kids and I were sleeping, the call woke up everybody. Also, I know it is out of the hotel responsibilities but it is just beside a construction site, so my car was really dirty after one day/night as well as the noise was terrible.
