After Monday, Oct 7th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Toronto), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 7, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: I liked that it was pretty close to everything that I needed; food, entertainment, shopping, etc. The staff were all friendly and kind. They have a complimentary breakfast. The room had Dove brand soap which is better than most hotel soaps that completely dry out your skin and hair. The sofa bed was honestly not that bad, and I have a Tempurpedic at home. I like that they have so many pillows, and the pillows are labeled firm or soft.

Negatives: Housekeeping is so weird here. They come randomly it seems, even if you don’t have a sign out that says “do not disturb” they sometimes will still not come. I stayed for 6 nights. And when they did come, some days they made the bed and the sofa bed, others they would only make the bed and not the sofa bed. Then some days they would take all the firm pillows and replace with soft ones, wtf is up with that. And no I never asked to change the pillows. By the time I got back to the hotel to use the pillows, I couldn’t get firmer pillows cause it was too late in the evening. So I had to use super soft pillows that have no neck support. Housekeeping definitely could be better here.

Positives: Great space for visiting Toronto as a family of 4 and the staff reception and catering were great.

Negatives: The $50 dollar a night charge for a pull out bed was high, so made do with out. Children had to share the sofa bed, the pull out would have made the stay perfect but couldn’t justify that cost.

Positives: Very good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. Easy to park (free), quick check-in and check-out. It is far from Toronto downtown, but depending on what your plans are, there are nice attractions that are close (Legoland, Canada Wonderland)

Negatives: Location, it is far from downtown Toronto. Price was not cheap either, but I checked for rooms about a week before traveling, so it might have been a timing issue.

Positives: Very friendly staff on arrival, especially in catering area which was just closing. One lady went out of her way to make sure we had coffee and snacks before closing. 2 bedroom suite was excellent.. comfortable beds, great shower and brilliant facilities. Breakfast was excellent.
