We’ve stayed at the property before as we visit our son at Windsor University so location is great. Room size and cleanliness are great.
Negatives:
Shower was at best luke warm even at the hottest setting which was disappointing. Check in was at 3pm and even when we arrived at 4.45 the room still wasn’t ready and we had to wait until 5.30 until we enquired again and it was ready. Appreciate it was the long weekend but still we would’ve appreciated being able to get to our room earlier or a text letting us know there was a delay.

In all good but not...
Positives:
I loved the staff, Patricia , Upneet and the rest of the staff Oh!! can't forget Lemke. The kitchen staff was excellent very clean .Great breakfast options the parking was pretty good for us.
Negatives:
Wasn't happy with the room it was small and if you spend time in your room 5 days we had to sit in the bed, a sofa or love seat would have made them time spent in the room more comfortable and with no TV station to maybe watch a movie made it even more uncomfortable. also the baseball little league playing in the hall was very loud , screaming and banging against the walls at 10:30 pm was ridiculous and inconsiderate.
