Bathroom was unclean, with obvious mould in the grout and marks on the doorway. Obviously has not been maintained with any eye to detail. Bathroom also needs renovation as the design wastes space and fixtures are ancient. The low height round toilet (not low flow) sort of tells the whole story.

The kitchen staff and front desk staff were great and very nice. The manager that I spoke to about issues that happened was terrible and very uncooperative.
Negatives:
I checked in with another guest at 1am, we would be getting up at 9am. The fire alarm went off twice, false alarm both times. Paramedics showed up outside our door. When I asked for discount from manager, she argued with me and refused, horrible service.
Positives:
The staff at the front desk, breakfast and cleaning service were extremely friendly and helpful! The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The location allowed us to walk to restaurants, coffee and the Riverwalk.
Negatives:
The toilet flushed very slowly and the plugs in the sink and shower came loose. The TV also wasnt plugged into anything cable wise so it didnt work.

Location of hotel was terrible I felt very unsafe. There was a weird smell when I arrived in the room. AC unit was very loud
