A comfortable hotel in a very good location. The hotel is always clean and the staff are generally very nice, polite and professional depending on who is working on any given day. Overall it is a typical, newish hotel with decent facilities. They do try hard to provide all the comforts of home. The room was especially comfortable, clean and very accommodating. Would recommend...
Negatives:
The pool used to be a lot warmer but they have turned down the temperature again. It is too cold especially during the fall and winter months. The breakfast is not especially good. Generally the hot food is tasteless. Unfortunately it is the typical hotel breakfast with very little imagination. We often abandon the included breakfast and head for a local restaurant.

Maybe it was due to a hockey team being present, but when I got there for breakfast, there were single-use dishes, and many items weren't available (like no fruits). The next morning, they had real dishes and fruits.
Coffee machine had lot of dust and residue inside. Didn't risk using it.

Breakfast was just ok. The egg casserole was green and the taste was horrible. Coffee was good. Waffle batter was very thick and not very good once cooked. We had toast/coffee and a bit of yogurt.
We usually look forward to the breakfast we where disappointed.
