Positives:
I liked the location on the water and the free water bottles whevever you wanted. They booked me taxis all the time which was helpful.
The restaurant downstairs is great . They put me by the elevator which is what I asked for.
Negatives:
The decor is out dated now for the price you pay . They need to paint and fix things . When I called for a Kettle, it took a long time for them to find one . They need to treat solo travellers better at the restaurant as I felt ignored at two breakfasts . Families and groups were better served that I was . The outside sitting area was a mess with garbage everywhere and cigarette butts all over the grounds. There is no back door to the shops on the port so you have to walk the whole way around to get there and with a walking disability that was hard.

There was construction on the roof which we were not told about. Our room had a view of the roof and at one point the construction crew was right outside our window discussing plans. They could have seen inside if we has not pulled the blinds. We were given a room for the handicapped without being told and we did not require it. Shower was therefore modified and splashed water all over the floor when we showered. Decor could be updated. Not worth the high price.
