It was pleasant stay and fun
Positives:
We arrived after a long journey from our home in Ontario and were so relieved to be greeted by your amazing friendly staff in the late hours of midnight! The room (#206) was great, bathrooms awesome (My daughter and I shared it and wow, lots of room!) It was clean, the bed was comfy, the temperature was perfect and we were able to adjust it as needed with no problems. The breakfast in the morning was just what we needed to start our day. We do not speak french, but that didn't make communication at all difficult. I hesitated staying in Laval instead of Montreal, but the location of your hotel made getting into the City a breeze. We will definitely be returning and will refer Hampton Inn to our friends.
Negatives:
The TV - LOL The remote is not the remote for the TV ie: Pressing "Guide" doesn't get you the channel list - pressing "0" does! So maybe just a little cheat sheet for those wanting to catch the news while getting ready in the morning :-). Also, there was no literature of attractions around your spot there, and the desk was helpful finding us the market near there (440 Market) but it would have been nice to have a flyer available with maps etc.. in the lobby.
