The bathroom had the ceiling falling apart - probably there was a leak in the shower but nobody cared to fix it properly. Another thing was the shower drain which didn’t drain the water properly and the water was filling out the shower quickly. We had to shower very quickly at that point. When we told the receptionist they just said they can call a plumber the next day , seems also the falling ceiling didn’t bother them and since we were leaving the next day there wasn’t any point for us regarding the solution that was offered. It was a bit disappointing

Staff was great. Pool was very clean/organized and the attendant was polite and helpful. Room was very clean. Concierge wasn't working yet when we arrived, but the front desk clerk gave us a great dinner recommendation!
Highly recommend the valet staff, too.
