nice and pleasure

There are only 2 items that check this box. Staff and Location. The rest is a motel value.Staff did everything they can under their power. Location can not be beaten. Its the heart of the city.
Negatives:
A very tired and old room. Almost everything was either damaged or in bad condition. Carpet torn. Water faucet leaking. Jacuzzi starts by its own. Peeling ceiling paints. Door are enlarged over time so it does not close you have to really push it. Bathroom condition i think even worse than the kitchen area. Chips on the mirror etc. Tvs are pretty old as well. The ac control was a joke. It is so old the buttons are very to push. Lobby is under construction so dont expect anything there. Parking is a tough one due to being underground. It is very hard to navigate there and its tight.Overall need a very good update from top to bottom. Overall if you have other options and you would not mind walking a bit try to stay a few blocks down...

The work going one was a bit much , our heater button in the room didn’t work , a loooong dark hair (I have white)on the wall in the bathroom

The location is perfect and the room was super clean.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, my experience was not as planned. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but I wasn’t informed about this beforehand. The construction noise was extremely disruptive, making it difficult to unwind. To make matters worse, the jacuzzi wasn’t operational, completely derailing my plans for a relaxing time after long walks.
