Nothing. OK tje bed was comfortable, except I was too cold

Everything. My roof was freezing. I had to wear a hat and jacket to bed. There was no food or dtinks when I arrived after midnight. I awoke to heavy construction outside my window, hours before the construction started inside the hotel. There were no ewal cups for coffee and no real cream or half & half.
It was awful. I would have been better off in a tent.
And the room cost more than my flight from PORTLAND Oregon.

Location was great! Enjoyed the 2 free drinks at happy my wife and I received each! Breakfast was good! Made to order omelets! ! Front lobby was under repair but room was clean and beds were very comfortable!

The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The evening reception was wonderful. Bottled water in the room was a nice touch.
Negatives:
The hotel including the hallways are so dark and gloomy. The room is outdated. The bed is only queen size which is small for 2 people. The room configuration did not use the spaces adequately.

The large room with a full kitchen and large jacuzzi to relax in.

The only thing I would like to say is that the food menu doesn’t take into consideration food allergies such as gluten intolerance, intolerance towards milk products, etc. So that is one area which I feel could improve as I didn’t have a large choice to choose from….in fact very little.
