The location is good, and the staff is pretty well-attended and nice! :)
I really like the scent of the sheets and the shampoo/body wash were perfect!!

The room was too dim for me, and the lights were white instead of yellowish for a more cozy tone.

Long checking due to days of computer problems. Issues with the bathroom. Poor maintenance of the expensive parking areas (smell, water, and space).. Hottub was just warm.

I was told to wait 10 min to be seated in the restaurant in the hotel and the female waitress forgot about us even though we sat where she told us and waited more than 20 minutes.
