Location, the hotel is within walking distance of all the necessary tourist attractions, and downtown
Negatives:
It was dirty, looks like it wasn’t clean before we check in. The room needs renovation, sheets were dirty, smaller size and torn in certain places.
Breakfast was horrible, very small choice or food, for the 3 stars hotel it’s unbelievable

Breakfast was more varied than expected. Location is probably one of the better features of the hotel. Shower water pressure was very good too.
Negatives:
Not enough lamps or overhead light fixtures in the room. Mattress was sagging in the middle but it didnt impact our sleep.

The room is spacious! It had a balcony, living room and separate bedrooms. A small kitchen with everything you need: microwave, fridge and coffee maker.

Literally the only thing that was good about this property is the location and nothing else. Too bad it has great potential. Definitely one of my worst ever hotels that i stayed in.

Stains on the ground in the 2 room suite me and my wife booked.
Side lamps were literally scratched and open
Literally no lighting in the rooms other than the side lamps, one kitchen lamp, and bathroom light.
Last but not least, last night (3rd night), we were chilling ok the bed, and I see a cockroach, A REAL Living WALKING COCKROACH on the bed sheet.
I was delusional all night, and just wanted the morning to come so i can get the heck out. Horrible place
