Parking garage lack of instructions. Other than go around corner to get in garage got no instructions. Ended up getting off garage elevator in mall and had to find way to hotel. A simple instruction sheet on having to change elevators to go down or up and where elevator is at lobby level. Also, that you could only park on levels 9-12.

Stayed before for our Ruby wedding. This time we stayed with friends who were visiting from UK. They lived it too. Had a wonderful service in the bar. Fabulous staff and the restaurant was awesome. Amazing all round

A hotel worker knocked on door and before I opened it, he did. He said he was delivering a shower curtain we asked for. We did not ask for a shower curtain. He said our room number ordered one. I told him we had a shower curtain in the bathroom and did not order one. He finally left. This was slightly suspicious- ie., him opening the door before I did.
