The breakfast was very generous (self-serve, many choices). The pool was clean and lovely. The suite was larger than I expected, even included a dining area. More like an apartment than a hotel.

Exceeded my expectations.
Positives:
The hotel is centrally located, but the street isn't very loud, despite the traffic. The room was on one of the upper floors and had a nice view on the street. It was large and comfy, and the bathtub was a nice feature of the bathroom. It was also clean, although it could use some refurbishing. I appreciated that the kitchenette was well equipped, and the wifi worked well during my entire stay. The location of the hotel is great, you can easily walk to all the major sights and museums, but there is also the metro and bus nearby.
Negatives:
The breakfast wasn't good: very basic options (cereal/bread/cake - everyday the same thing), no hot dishes, very limited choice of fresh veggies. I appreciate it was included in the price, but I sometimes got breakfast elsewhere anyway.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. They arranged a meeting room for my important online meeting, which was perfect and well-equipped. Additionally, they kindly stored our luggage for several hours after check-out. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommend
