Very comfortable bed, and quiet hotel the staff do an effort in the morning with the cleaning noise

Close to alot including a short walk to the bell center, which is why I was in Montreal in the first place.

The drain in the bathroom was clogged, luckily my friend that stayed there with me found the problem which was a drain filled with a couple handfuls of hair, which should of been checked when last cleaned also the lack of a microwave in the room.

The rooms have been renovated and refreshed. Front desk check in clerk was super helpful and friendly.

The personnel is super friendly and helpful. They try to accommodate all the requests. From reception to maids and waiters - all are great. Also liked breakfast selections. Location is very convenient.

In hotel rooms of this class you would expect simple things like slippers, shower caps. These were missing for me. Also pool area is very small and hence always crowded.

Very clean. If you get the club level room, you get free breakfast and free evening meals which were great.
