The room was really nice and the breakfast was good. The staff were really nice and helpful especially the breakfast staff and the girl on the desk. She was excellent.
Negatives:
For the price we paid I did not expect to have to pay $1.50 if I wanted more than 2 coffee pods a day. Also I like fresh milk in my coffee and was provided with some the first day - the 2nd day they wanted to change $4 for half a cup of milk. This is not really acceptable for the price of the hotel. I mean it is only coffee and a little milk. Otherwise no complaints but come on sort that out.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing due to several maintenance and service issues.
First, the check-in process was a hassle. Since the booking was made in my wife's name, despite using my account, we couldn't initially use my Platinum All Accor rewards. It took us about 30-45 minutes of interaction with Booking.com to change the booking into my name, which was very inconvenient.
On the first day, I stained my jeans at the bar because the underside of the bar counter was covered in sticky syrup, seemingly leftover from the breakfast buffet juice counter. This clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Additionally, there was a thick layer of dust and crumbs under the bed, which I reported to reception. Despite them taking note of my complaint, the dirt remained there for the rest of my stay, indicating a serious issue with the hotel's attention to detail and cleanliness.
Moreover, on the last day, the breakfast restaurant was almost empty, yet my companion and I were not allowed to sit at a table for four. A very young but firm hotel employee insisted we could only sit at a table for two. This was an unnecessary and rude enforcement of rules, making for an unpleasant start to our day.
Overall, it seems the hotel has significant problems with maintenance and customer service. These issues greatly impacted my stay and make it hard to recommend this hotel to others.
