They charge additional $41.40 extra after you check out without prior notice. And this charge they called “destination fee” which include free wife,free phone calls, in room coffee and bottle water..I strongly urges travelers NOT to choose this hotel.

Nice spacious room with a large comfy bed. We were on the 19th floor, it was nice and quiet. The staff were very helpful on arrival and when asking the concierge she was very helpful also. When entering and exiting the building the staff were always nice and polite. The bar looked nice, however we didn't go in whilst we stayed. Location was great for downtown and shops, also not far from the park area and the steps to the nice viewing area of the skyline. Bottled water was given free of charge by the front desk on arrival and if you requested one on the way past.

View from the room was lovely. Room was large and comfortable. Bed was very comfy. Concierge, Veronique, was excellent. Food in restaurant was excellent.
Negatives:
Checkin is at 3 pm but our rooms were not ready and available until 6 pm. They severely messed up on our room billing and have taken no responsibility whatsoever for the mistake. Considering the rates at this hotel, I would expect better. I’m not feeling like the positives outweigh the aggravation caused by the negatives for this hotel and as a result would not recommend this hotel.
