Positives:
Easy access to public transport and downtown. Free local phone calls and television. Small balcony.
Negatives:
Staff was rarely present, we could not get answers to our questions or quick solutions when there was an issue, and spoke very little English. Kitchen was functional (except one of the burners on the stove) but located in the bedroom, just a couple of feet from the bed. Suite looked nothing like the photo, it's just a bedroom with a kitchen in it, and a very small table (hardly room for 2 people), with a separate small room attached. Street-side rooms are over a very busy, noisy street and there are huge spotlights shining right into the room. After two days, the ceiling in our bathroom started leaking and they moved us to a different room where the ceiling was also starting to collect water. The hotel is located in a place where there are a lot of homeless people hanging out.
