Negatives:
We flew from Ukraine straight to the hotel. We have no money; our relatives and friends paid for us. We came to work and fled from the war. The first thing I did not liked was that the man at the morning service at the buffet constantly asked where his tip was. I was ashamed and unpleasant that I didnt have the money to give him. The second thing is that they charged us a fee upon entry and after that they charged us several times for nothing and should have returned it right away, but it was returned a week later. It was our last money and we had to call Ukraine to ask for money. It was terrible. The hotel is excellent, the staff should be more humane in their attitude towards customers.

It had a nice layout with a pool and a side room for breakfast, which comes with an extra cost. The room was comfortable with adequate space and a clean bathroom with a tub/shower and separate sink with lighted mirror.

I appreciated that the hotel was able to accommodate pets and was situated very close to the airport. The hotel also provided an airport shuttle bus as well. The booking was renewed for one night due to lack of options options while traveling with cats.
Negatives:
Disliked The hotel staff was inconsistent with policies of tax and deposit costs. Three different staff had quoted three different policies , which, come time to return the deposit, was told an additional unexpected tax was applied. This is despite a guarantee from the employee the previous evening that there would be no additional charge and that a note would be left for check-out. This situation has made me skeptical of the competency or possibly even a lack INTEGRITY and HONESTY of the staff. Surely, this policy should be one of the first that the staff should be familiar with. I have lost trust in this hotel and do not recommend any foreigner stay at this hotel in the future. I CHALLENGE THE STAFF TO PUBLICLY STATE WHAT THEIR TAX AND DEPOSIT POLICY IS FOR PREPAID ROOMS THROUGH BOOKING.COM.
