The staff were exceptional, inclusive and kind, which you don't always experience at boutique hotels. The newly renovated suites were clean, comfortable, and spacious for our family of 5. The location is central and convenient to all Old Port shops, restaurants and points of interest. I bought some beautiful iconic prints in the lobby, made by an employee - the hotel supports its staff and local artisans....beyond 5 stars for this place.

Hotel was very clean and staff professional and helpful. The room was comfortable although a lot of outside noise. Perfectly situated for many attractions and great restaurants. There is a lovely bakery close by. Well worth a visit would recommend staying here.
