Positives:
A good hotel near the airport with shuttle service to and from the airport. We spent a night here before catching an early morning flight the next morning. We were hoping for a pickup at the Dorval train station, other nearby hotels offer this service if you call them directly. This hotel does not. We were advised to go to the airport to access the shuttle. As the hotel was near the train station, we opted to walk. Although checking was swift, we had some difficulty finding our room. The hotel has a strange configuration with large wings extending from a central point.
We ate dinner at the restaurant - very pricy but there were no restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was grabbed at the airport the next morning.
Our room was comfortable and quiet and we slept well. Checkout was a breeze and we accessed the complimentary shittle to take us to the airport the next morning.

Very good
Positives:
Quiet clean room. Courteous staff. Spacious room. Ease of TV use. Bathroom lighting. Interesting hall carpeting which was quiet and make wear and stains invisible. Ease of temperature control. Great shuttle service with friendly drivers. All staff I encountered appeared to be highly trained.
Negatives:
Room lighting was poor. Bathroom tile appeared to be dangerous for slipping when wet / damp. Visible mildew. Waste of water waiting for it to heat up. Hard to tell which lotions were soap / conditioners. Hidden fridge from which I forgot to remove things I had put in to cool. Switches on lamps were not easily found. Restaurant was abysmal. Restaurant service was quite good but quality was terrible. It was more a bar than restaurant. Loud and noisy with poor acoustics. I had rib eye steak which was little thicker than boiled ham and devoid of taste. Accompanied by frozen French fries which were mercifully peeled. It all looked great on first glance. Not sure if I was credited with Sheraton points. No pool which I thought I had entered on my screening criteria. I knew I would have to pay for the convenience of Airport Marriott In-Terminal Hotel but would have paid this price for this very aged property.
