When we arrived at 4:00...

Loved the style , the decor and the feel of the hotel

Just one interaction with host at the restaurant/ bar on our first evening. Wasn’t made to feel quite as special as I would have expected . We were dressed casually as had just arrived and she asked for room number straight away ( although people can come in off street to drink/eat there) when she knew our suite number I felt her approach improved.

Very disappointed with the pool and spa facilities. We thought it was a rooftop but it wasn’t and felt very stuffy. Also we are used to the four seasons in Baltimore where the spa and pool include many more options including warm beds, steam room, hot tub, etc…

Breakfast was delicious and a really good variety. The bar was also really nice. LOVED the Doormen. They were helpful and always cheerful. The regular cleaning of the room was also great. And the bidet toilet was amazing! Great to have a nice pool too since it was so hot when we were in town.

There was a mix up with our bill on departure - we did not initially get the rate we had booked via Booking.com, but it was corrected after we left and inquired about it.

Excellent room service, cleaning staff was very efficient and helpful. The location cannot be beaten, right next to the Fine Arts museum and in the downtown core. The restaurant was fantastic.
