Over the hotel is good. But the staff seems short and busy at front.

Why does the hotel charge a $200 deposit upfront? It should be preauthorize only, not a charge. Customers have to wait and do not know when the credit will go back to the credit card. Sad, this is a bad practice.

The view, golf course and beautiful area.
Negatives:
The hotel is run down. Many basic facilities missing. Restaurant and bar closed. Unhelpful staff. The hotel is in serious need of a refurbishment. . It's just ticking over.
