They charged me for a pet friendly room and they said they will have all the required stuff for my cats ready. They only thing they offered was a dog treat which I didn’t even need since I was travelling with two cats. I trusted the hotel when they said they will have whatever my pet needs and I had to buy everything myself for them all over again because they had nothing! I didn’t have time for this !!!
