Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Monday, May 13th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Montreal), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Monday, May 13th, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, May 14th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Montreal), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation between May 13 and May 14, you will still be charged for the full amount. After Tuesday, May 14th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Montreal), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 14, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 16% of the booking value. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Important Information

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Hotel PUR, Quebec, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Hotel PUR only welcomes dogs at the property, upon request.
