Negatives: They didn't tell us about breakfast timing, and when we reached the restaurant about 9.20, they didn't surve us breakfast , I booked this hotel especially because they mentioned on booking.com breakfast including.

Negatives: pillows too hard and puffy

Negatives: I stayed three days and never got housekeeping.

Negatives: I didn't dislike anything in particular

Negatives: No complimentary water bottles and policy of no housekeeping if you are staying three nights or less. But since we had a child hotel staff were kind enough to get it done on request

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: They stuck us on the ground floor adjacent to the pool area in an inner room without an outside window. There was a glass pane with a blind that we had to keep closed because it looked directly into the pool area and anyone in that area could look directly into our room. The screams and shouts of people using the pool resounded through our room and it smelled slightly of pool chemicals/chlorine. When I informed the reception and asked for a different room she told me that, unfortunately for us, they were completely booked and there was no other room. If I hadn’t already paid for the 3 nights I would certainly have left for a different hotel at that point. When we initially entered the room I noticed that the floor was not clean with little bits of debris here and there on the cold tile floor.. Being a clean person, I used a damp facecloth to clean here and there and was appalled at how dirty the cloth became. Our last night I saw live insects on the bathroom floor. I killed them with some tissue and presented 2 them to the supervisor at reception the next morning prior to check out.. She didn’t say “sorry”, just “Oh, that’s no good”.
