Trs bien insonoris, le djeuner parfait et le prpos au djeuner tait vraiment sympathique, trs serviable, prvenant. Un homme qui a coeur le service la clientle. Par contre le prpos l'accueil n'avait pas le sourire facile. Mais correcte.

The room smelled awful when we let the lady receptionist know she informed us they spray the linens with fragrance. She should have offered another room for us but she did not. We could not tolerate the stink we called front desk at 3:30 in the morning and the man changed rooms for us. So we had to take all of our personal belongs and transfer to the other room in the middle of the night.
Also the wifi did not work for us and did report it to lady receptionist she could not care less .

Nice hotel, close to restaurants, had a nice pool and the room was very large. Loved the Dove products in the bathroom that were refill bottles instead of one time use bars and bottles.

Getting there would have been a lot better if they had signs in English to help with the construction that was there in getting to the hotel. Stupid set up. Will likely be the last time we stay here.

Staff where good to deal with. Room a little pricey for what you get. Close to highway 30 for ON.

Very helpful staff at front desk. Clean room, Good breakfast. Free parking It had all the essential features - Strong WIFI, good working desk, fridge.

The breakfast wasn't quite as good as the ones we've gotten from the other IHG Holiday Inns on our stay, but still quite good.
