Negatives: Our car was stolen, when the police came to take the report the informed us that two cars a week get stolen from here, with a less than 10% recovery rate.

Negatives: Door entries are not monitored . Illegal people not hotel guest move real quick to get right behind the legitimate guest swiping there card getting the guest to hold the door being courtesy and they get in for free without ever swiping any room card .Some of these people ended up beside our room and were up all night while guest upstairs must have been playing street hockey in the 2nd floor room. Then these illegal guest end up in the breakfast room not being a paid customer putting extra strain on the kitchen staff who was doing a fantastic job. Beds in 142 are worn out Need to be changed. The gym is fine . How ever the TV remote was missing in Action . I had to hold the manual power button and keep pushing it until the light sensor came on . No way to control channels or volume from the treadmill . There were no towels in the gym , and not enough in the pool area . Chamber services were poor And unreliable . We returned Saturday evening and found one bed made nicly . The other bed not touched .

Negatives: Cars are stolen from this hotel’s parking every week. It is known to be the worst location in the St-Jean area for car theft. Two cars were stolen the night we were there. Steering lock bars are available from the reception desk but were not offered (in any case they only delay a theft by about 3 minutes). The owners refuse to acknowledge any responsibility. A surrounding security fence and a night security guard should be provided. This hotel mus be avoided and should not be listed by Booking.Com.
