Positives:
The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. They are the most positive aspect of the hotel.
Negatives:
The breakfast is very limited. The server at the breakfast restaurant was unfortunately not as professional and helpful as the hotel staff. As mentioned in other comments, the hotel needs a facelift. I would recommend the Comfort Inn across the road. Better rooms, better breakfast. This comment is not a reflection of the front desk staff, who did their very best.

Floor was dirty. It looked really clean, but i spilled water on the floor, and when i cleaned up, the poor white rag was BLACK. Plus, the $15 charge PER animal is excessive. Other places I've stayed was one charge for all animals. And absolutely needing a credit card to stay is ridiculous when paying beforehand

Positives:
Easy to access from the highway. Easy parking (but it's outdoors so if it snows you may have to clean it off). Spacious room. Very comfortable bed. #18 bus passes right in front and takes you to Sherbrooke University. Nice staff. Great price and good value for money. The included breakfast is good: eggs, toast, potatoes, choice of meat. You can get something else from the menue with a $7 discount.

The important areas were clean. The bathtub and sink were gleaming. But you could see dust, etc. on the ceiling and some corners.

Onsite attached breakfast restaurant. really nice, large room, kinda quirky and we liked it a lot.

To the outside as we were traveling with our dog this was perfect. We got settled
In , and then the trouble began.
. The condenser came on with a Deafening grinding . We were awake off and on all night. My apples watch even picked up the dangerous decibels .We were told because of the dog, our original reservation was changed and only limited rooms per friendly rooms were available . Clerk was disinterested. Actually, I want my money back for this stay, it was that bad. As much as we liked the room, bedding, everything else, NOT sleeping was pretty awful.

Very very noisy. You can hear everything from the floor above. The second night we had a basketball team dribbling the ball on the floor in the room above. After complaining to the front desk twice, nothing was done. The noise continued. Otherwise our stay was good.
