Positives:
The door to go straight outside from the room did not shut all the way and the lock was hit or miss. A big draft came in the room just from that door. You had to play with the handle in order for the door to lock or it would blow open at anytime

The door leading outside for the room was basically broken. It would not lock and you had to play with the handle and hope it would lock.

I asked to have two rooms close to each other and they put one on the 2nd floor the other on the 1.
It was loud in the hall way and room until 4am. Nothing was done to stop that.
Next morning that old lady at the breakfast had a nasty attitude and were serving tiny portion of eggs and potatoes. The food was not even good.

When I got to property, I asked for the rebate for senior or Gouvernement rate. The employee didn’t know how to find the rate. She told us to ask to the employee of the day shift and he told me that he wasn’t allowed to give special rate.
Breakfast was very limited. Only one type of yogourt and only 4 to 5 out for everyone; then there were none. Had only one selection of muffin and only 5 were out for the full time of breakfast. There was no eggs, saucisse, cheese, banana etc…
