Unfortunately we arrived quite late but the room was beautiful! The bed was extremely comfortable. I didn't have an opportunity to enjoy the lovely soaker tub was was very happy with the rain shower

I was not made to feel inadequate because I am not educated in speaking French.

We checked in late Sunday and it's not easy finding a good place to eat nearby passed 10 pm.

Coming in late at night around 1000pm and wanting to take a shower especially after driving all day and all there was only cold cold water for a shower when I complained about this. The answer was sorry about that, how are you paying for the room cash or credit.
I stay at many hotels per year but never experienced anything like this. Just imagine your hot and sweaty from the days drive and you get a cold shower. I think the hotel could at the least make sure a person can take a warm shower.

Great location and view of lake, beautiful property to walk around used for weddings and events.
Negatives:
Restaurant had limited, uninteresting menu unless you get the pricey buffet! Only dinner option was upscale restaurant, no casual option! We went out for almost all of our meals!
