Positives: Front desk staff were as accommodating as they could be.

Negatives: First time I have ever asked to change rooms. The stench from the original room was attrocious/unbearable, there were stains on towels and sheets. Issues were raised with staff at time and change rooms. Second room was satisfactory but could hear everything in the hall and nearby laundry room. Overall experience was that this was the worst hotel/motel stay we had in Canada.
