Positives:
Location. Right down town, short walk to restaurants and the arena. Beautiful park 1/4 block away. The Kurig is much better than the drip coffee machines.
Staff was very friendly.
Negatives:
Some what run down but it appears that some areas are under renovation. They didn’t use fitted sheets as the base so I would end up making the bed a mess. (Restless leg thing)

Everything was old. I couldnt find the air conditioner. I could hear the people in the next room.. I didnt feel 100% safe. There was no staff after 11 pm
