Positives: We came for a concert, this was the last room in the city everything was booked! The staff were amazing, they changed my room to a non-smoking without me even asking!!! The bedding has stains but it was clean, and I had the most amazing sleep on that bed until someone's car alarm kept going off right in front of our room first thing in the morning. The area could be sketchy but I never felt unsafe on the property.
Negatives: The rooms still need to be fixed properly, bathroom fan and ceiling falling down and the air conditioner basically blowing warm air. Housekeeping needs to clean the floor just as good as they clean the rest of the room. I could not walk around without having shoes on.

Positives: There was nothing that we liked there.
Negatives: First of all I booked a non-smoking room but when I went there they said we don't have a non-smoking room where I even couldn't even stand. I have evidences of their cleanliness as I got pictures of the room, everything was stinking and uncomfortable. I booked this room for my family we have three members and they gave us only one bed when I asked them for the third person's stay, they said we only have this room with queen bed but the third person can spend night on a small stinky and dirty sofa, and upon request they gave me a bed linen and pillow and this was ridiculous. They charged me more than 170 CAD for this miserable experience ever I made in Canada. Worst experience with the hotel and booking.com.
