Room not cleaned properly,hair left inside the Bath, no napkins, toilet paper,the one used for 90% fid sit. The guest server did not act back on such inqury when was verbally asked. No breakfast. 3items, no eggs,or meat, apple had dark brown spots on it.

yes the TV was terrible . you had to turn it on manually and no remote control for the volume either and small TV. the breakfast was just in a bag and all it was was a tiny apple, juice box and a muffin

Unable to stay at hotel due to unsafe conditions as needles seen and bugs of unknown name. Yelling and loud voices from other ppl in hotel.in hallway causing to feel unsafe . Stains on bedding and carpet and uncleanliness overall in the room and bathroom.

Overall this hotel is unclean and unsafe. Staff denied us a refund.

The location was close the the Sasktel centre.
Negatives:
The room was dirty, sheets and pillowcases were dirty and stained. The carpet was not vacuumed, the bathroom floor was not swept or mopped. The tub was not cleaned and the desk was dusty and grimy.

Checked in at midnight. After driving all day. Fire alarm went off at 130-2 am. Had to go outside. Alarm was a malfunction we checked out at 430am. We had to be at a funeral in Manitoba at 11 am. We just needed some sleep Which we didnt get. People were so noisy on the rooms across from us all night.

Positives:
They gladly switched the rooms when I had mentioned that I didnt think that room was cleaned. overall was OK the location is the issue as a staff members a have little to no trust with any of the guests due to the area & sketchy characters.
Negatives:
The breakfast was very minimal muffin and juice & you had to walk down to get ice from front desk. No ice machine or vending machines no public laundry as people had broken into them previously and stole all the ice as well as wrecked laundry machines :(
