Positives:
The staff with the exception of 1 were super nice and apologetic to our circumstances.
Negatives:
We had to move to the 2nd floor, due to leak and mold issues in the bathroom. Once upstairs the elevator was not accessible from Christmas eve until we left the Friday afterwards. Not to mention the hole in the microwave. My 92 year old mother could not do the stairs so we missed out on Christmas dinner with my son and family and was not able to take her to the cemetery to honor my brother's memorial site. Just a bad visit.

Our room key would not work and they issued 5 or more keys and everytime the door would not open. It would take us 20 minutes to get in. We had to continuously ask for clean towels and toilet paper.
