Appears they are slowly renovating it, dust everywhere. Halls smell like old pickle jars after theyve been in the trash a few days. Breakfast ran out of food. Staff horrible. Desk clerk stayed on speakerphone with her boyfriend all the way thru check-in.

It was not clean,I specifically asked agent to make sure it was a clean hotel. He assured me it was. It was awful and the staff at front desk was awful. Not helpful at all. Front desk actually gave us cleaning supplies to clean the room. Awful!!!

There were black dirty boot prints all in our bathroom floor our deadbolt lock would not lock completely They offered to move us but we were too busy and had to get to our event hotel was undergoing construction and was VERY nasty out front pool closed

Breakfast was really good! A lot of variety items. I think I'll be returning in October. Hopefully the construction will be finished by then. Very quiet atmosphere.

Carpet is outdated, some mildew in closet and bath room. The iron and ironing board could be replaced. There was construction going on which made the appearance of the hotel not pleasant.

Staff was not exceptionally courteous; our bathroom didnt have a shower curtain; hotel overall looks pretty old and in need for some updates

The night person at the front desk was very friendly and nice and the bed was made very nicely made and comfortable

We were put in a handicap room we both slipped and fell in the bathroom no grip tape no anti slip at all we did report but nothing was done! We have bruising and a knot on the head

Breakfast. Coffee and prepackaged Blueberry muffins only. Blueberry was the only flavor. If you arent going to present more effort than that, why bother. No bottled juice, no cartoned milk. Get a better selection of pastries prepackaged.

Extremely bad experience overall: - the cigarette smell in the room - wifi was not working - very rude staff, did not really help with any request we brought.
Negatives:
Dirty, strong cigarette odor in the room. Very rude staff, they used obscene language to respond to any of our requests. We eventually canceled the second night in that hotel and moved to another hotel nearby, the same price but much better experience.
