After Sunday, Nov 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 3, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: I made a reservation via Booking with payment at the front desk. When I arrived, I called because the front desk was closed. The woman told me, 'There are no rooms available.' I insisted that I had a Booking reservation, gave her my name, and she still said there were no rooms. She apologized. The next day, they charged me for the room as if I had stayed. This is unethical behavior from that place. In a few words, they stole from me, and no one is giving me an answer.

Negatives: We tried the reach Booking.com We had to leave after Friday night, there were cock roaches and I didn’t feel safe in the parking lot. People pounding on my coworkers door in the middle of the night. This was the worse stay I’ve ever had at a hotel.
