We tried the reach Booking.com
We had to leave after Friday night, there were cock roaches and I didn’t feel safe in the parking lot. People pounding on my coworkers door in the middle of the night. This was the worse stay I’ve ever had at a hotel.

We were emailed that we could arrive late but that we’d have to call to get someone to check us in. The person we reached told us we arrived too late and that we could come back in person in the morning for a refund. And that it was our own fault for reserving the room on booking.com even though the facility used said 3rd party site to message us about arriving late! It took us 2 hours to get to a hotel with an opening (all Birmingham hotels were full due to LSU game). I still haven’t been refunded. I didn’t even stay here!

I arrive after the football game. I was sent an email to call 500 on the phone for after hours. No one picked up, NOR CHECKED ME IN. STILL WAS CHARGED A FEE WHEN I WAS NEVER ALLOWED TO CHECK IN!
