There was no breakfast!
Negatives:
I didnt like the fact breakfast was advertised and there wasnt any. We did not get room service, the clerk told us we had to be in the room to get room service. We had to take our dirty towels down to the front desk and get clean towels, and request a second time to receive 2 large dry towels. The toilet lid fell off onto the floor and finally was fixed after a second complaint. The shower curtain was dirty.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a hotel.
Positives:
Upon arriving we were told that they did not have enough people to clean rooms they literally handed us our sheets and pillows over the counter. If the city had not been sold out we would have left immediately. The room was dirty..yuck

Nope I really feel we should have received some type of discount for the compensation of bad room

I booked an accessible room They gave it to someone else before I arrived.Had to take what they had. I was told they they don't reserve rooms it"s first come first serve. The room was ok but I couldn't use the bath. Had to bath at my friends house. I will not use this motel again. Booking is useless at a first come first motel.
