the clerk that was on the morning shift threw my brother out of the room and I had paid she had put the dates in wrong and she would not listen to him he sat out on the curb from 11-6 till I came there from work he didn’t have a phone. when I talked to the male clerk he thought it was funny and said it was my lucky day he had a room I said my room was paid for and he gave me same room and key! I felt like he should have given something for throwing my brother out of the room for seven hours! people don’t care about people anymore he is a diabetic and had no money on him I feel like they may get sued over this one! and I called my brother earlier and she didn’t even know how to transfer a. all to his room!!! I will never stay here again or this hotel chain! if this is the way they allow there customers to be treated it’s ridiculous!!!I wonder how they would have felt if this had been there family!!!!!! not only was he exhausted he was thirsty and this was inhumane!!! I hope
these people get to experience what he did one day!

It’s a motel- drive up to your door kind of place. Some seedy looking folks hanging out in parking lot and walking past my room. I didn’t feel safe. I thought I had no hot water in the sink until I figured out that right was hot and left was cold. Towels were like sandpaper and ugly, uncomfortable bedspread; not a comforter. Mismatched cheap flooring. Long cable tv wires laying on the floor. AC wasn’t cold enough. Not up to my standards, obviously.

There was apparently a dead animal over in the woods and the odor outside was atrocious..
