I really enjoyed the experience...
Positives:
Loved my stay at the Elyton. I am a frequent traveler, and this hotel far exceeded my expectations. The bed was truly one of the best! After a long day at the Sidewalk Festival, it was a pleasure coming back to such a comfortable room. Love the interior design of the hotel, staff very friendly, and I had everything I needed to make my stay pleasant. I dined at The Yard one of my nights in Birmingham. The food was delicious!
Negatives:
I arrived late on a Friday night and had difficulty with using Valet. The hotel is on a corner, so I circled the building multiple times. I ended up self-parking which was not ideal.

Positives:
It’s such an Elegant property. Everything looks Antique and Old Age. It was an exceptional stay.
Negatives:
The Elevators are a bit Creepy and the doors shake a bit.

Our car got broken into when we were staying here. The Hotel doesn't care to call to talk or take care of the damage.
Not worth it for the price to stay here and the room is small.
The elevator is old, and the hallway to the room smells bad.
Be aware if you stay here you take care of your own damage even if we have to use valet parking.

The restaurant was poorly staffed. It took 20 minutes to make a mint julip because they had to get the manager to unlock a cabinet for the bourbon. The TV in the bedroom didn't work. The front desk staff was very unpleasant.
