The staff are amazing. Friendly, very helpful. I would've cancelled had it not been for the staff happy hour and breakfast were both good

Our reservation through booking didn't get input into hotel system and it took us 20 minutes to work through the glitches. Key card to room kept getting cancelled and we had to change cards 5 times in a two night stay. Room was dated, had to get maintenance to help with bathroom, and refrigerator left water on the floor. Hotel needs to be updated.
