The lady who made the omelet at breakfast was the best part of stay.
Negatives:
The front desk worker was very rude. Had a very nasty attitude. The bar wasn't open so no Happy Hour no snacks. The guy who was maintaining the property was very rude and not helpful. I asked for a towel when he told us to get out pool at 10:02 and he refused to give us fresh towel. I will not be visiting this location Anymore. They also charged for parking and that wasn't told to us before staying.

My room had a dirty towel hanging on the shower upon arrival. Also the toilet is very low to the floor. The room had a bad odor and the bed was very low to the floor. My room number was 221. The hotel is very dated and in dire need of renovation.

Everything! The room was nasty, the refrigerator didn’t work and we had to move to another room that wasn’t much better. This property needs a total renovation and some of your staff shouldn’t be in hospitality. This hotel
is not what you’d expect for an Embassy Suite. It was more like a dingy roadside motel.
