Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly and willing to help.

We had an issue with the first room we were in with the AC. They moved us to two kind bed rooms for the same price, which was nice. When I got to my room, the TV had a huge line thru it and was broken so I couldn’t watch it the entire time I was there.
When I went to use the ice machine, a piece of it fell on me on my arm and left a bruise on my arm. The pool was closed the entire stay I was there for maintenance.

Was out of coffee at 6:45 am. Couldn’t find anyone to help. Could not get anyone to clean on the hotel‘s every other day schedule. 5 pm on the day it was supposed to be cleaned and still not cleaned

Bathroom tub didn’t have a stopper, sink faucet didn’t have an aerator. Bathroom floor and toilet were dirty. Walls were dirty. Had to ring the bell several times for the staff member to come out of the office. We waited for quite a while.
