Positives: Location
Negatives: Elevator was broken. Had to use stairs when was not physically able. There was no offer to move the room to first floor. Was called on Saturday and told I didn’t check in. I had keys from the Friday night arrival, clothes in room , had even told housekeeping did not need service. Not sure if I was a no show why they entered my room. Was assured on call Saturday from hotel there wasn’t anything I needed to do all was good. Arrived back at room Saturday night. Climbed stairs and keys didn’t work. Called front desk to be told i wasn’t in system and no access to room. Explain call I had received, belongings in room. Desk attendant finally came at let me in. Sunday morning had no access to internet. Was first told on arrival use last name and room number. Called desk they said had no access since I was not registered guest. After discussion was given guest password. Came out of shower without clothes on and housekeeping was in my room. AGAIN, why if I wasn’t a guest. Went to checkout was told I couldn’t have a receipt because I not being registered. Still have not received my deposit back . They have said since I was no show no deposit. I have room keys. Pictures of the room. Was referred there by Hilton Gardens since they was booked. This place is a scam. I can overlook a hair in the bed but not the service.

Positives: The breakfast was top notch. We stay in Hampton Inns whenever we travel. Breakfast was well prepared with great selection. The scrambled eggs were delicious! Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Negatives: Upkeep on property not comparable to other Hampton Inns. Lighting very dim in hallways. Large sack of trash left in center of hallway near elevator for several hours. Walls and corners and floors beaten and banged up. Large bushes planted to hide electrical box also hide side parking lot entrance.

The property was not up to Hampton Inn standards, but the bed, bath and breakfast were good.
